Polaroids and other works at C. Emerson Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, Florida
It has been a long eight months of shooting and finally it's show time--my part of the group show is installed and ready for Friday. As promised, I wanted to offer a sneak peak to my loyal blog readers. The Polaroid works are signed, dated and numbered on the back.

Window Buddha Holding Babies

Little window shopping this past weekend led me to this wonderful Buddha being displayed at an antique store. I've never seen one like this. I love the streak created by the flash of the camera. I think some light squeaked through my fingers as I tried to block out the flash. I searched and could not find the meaning of a "Buddha holding babies." Do you know?

Chez Toy Camera

Ever wondered what would happen if you used your toy camera through the lens of a pier telescope? Well, me too. So I did it. What a series this would make! Unfortunately, this was the only thing to shoot at this location. As I travel, I hope to add to this project. If you try it, please share YOUR results.
